Zoi Hospitals unveils Rs 500 family OPD card for easy access to specialist consultations

HYDERABAD: Zoi Hospitals, renowned for its family-friendly and affordable healthcare, has launched a unique 'Family OPD Card' initiative to make specialist consultations more accessible to patients. Introduced at Zoi Hospitals, Ameerpet, this card offers six consultations with various specialists for a mere Rs 500, a fraction of the usual consultation fee.

Dr Uma Challa, senior gynacologist at Zoi Hospitals, and guest of honour Ravi Raj, SI of SR Nagar police station, jointly inaugurated the card launch on Thursday, highlighting its potential to encourage timely medical intervention. Guest speakers like Priyadarshi Sahgal, CMO of Zoi Hospitals, emphasised the card's value in overcoming cost barriers and promoting early diagnosis, especially for individuals with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

The family OPD card covers consultations with specialists in internal medicine, gynaecology, paediatrics, general surgery, orthopaedics, and physiotherapy at Zoi Hospitals, Ameerpet. Valid for 120 days from purchase, the card can be used by individuals or families of up to six members, offering significant savings and convenience.

"We often see patients delay seeking medical attention due to cost concerns. This delay can worsen their condition. The family OPD card aims to remove this barrier and encourage early diagnosis and treatment, leading to better health outcomes," Dr Sanjay Tapadia, CEO of Zoi Hospitals, explained.
