14-year-old boy's body found in Vijayawada floodwaters

VIJAYAWADA: Heart-wrenching scenes unfolded in Vijayawada when the body of a 14-year-old boy, who had gone missing, was found floating in floodwaters in the Chittinagar area.

The boy had disappeared amidst rising water levels, and his body was discovered after a search.

Family members waded through waist-deep water to retrieve his body. The sight of the boy’s mother crying uncontrollably as her son's body was brought back deeply moved those who witnessed the scene.
