Case filed against Ram Gopal Varma

HYDERABAD: BJP leaders have lodged a complaint against filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma on his social media post against the NDA's presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu in Abids police station in Hyderabad on Friday.

Leaders claimed that the filmmaker had tweeted derogatory comments on Ms Murmu.

The complaint was lodged by Guduru Narayana Reddy and former MLA Nandeeshwar Goud. They urged the Police to lodge a complaint under SC/ST atrocities Act.
