The Director emphasised that the primary goal is to eliminate ganja from Dhoolpet. With the cooperation of the police, house-to-house searches have been carried out. Authorities are also focusing on individuals who might go underground to evade capture.
Investigations revealed that ganja was being imported from Visakhapatnam and supplied to local contacts. Stockpiles were found in areas like Seethaphal Mandi, Mylargadda, and Chilakalguda. The simultaneous raids led to the seizure of 54 kilograms of ganja, marking a significant victory in the ongoing anti-drug campaign.
