HMWSSB Manager in ACB net for accepting bribe

HYDERABAD: A manager with the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) was caught red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) while accepting a bribe.

The manager, Spandana Reddy, allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 30,000 for approving two new water connections. She was caught red-handed by the ACB at her office in the Manikonda area on Tuesday. She was produced before the ACB Special Court for further action.
