NALGONDA: In a heartbreaking incident, a young man's dreams of studying abroad were tragically shattered, leading him to take his own life. Koradala Sivamani, a 20-year-old from Chandanapalli village in Nalgonda mandal, ended his life by jumping in front of a train near Bathukamma Cheruvu.
Sivamani had aspired to study nursing in Russia, even while pursuing his first year of B.Sc. Agriculture. However, his dreams required a significant financial investment of Rs 3.5 lakh, which proved to be an insurmountable obstacle for his family.
Despite their best efforts, Sivamani's parents could not secure a loan to cover the expenses. Overwhelmed by the hopelessness of his situation, Sivamani made a desperate phone call to his father before taking the drastic step of ending his life.
