Police bust gang of fake land dealing brokers, seize land docs of Rs 4 cr

They sold the land impersonating to be the land lords and later created land disputes between the parties

HYDERABAD: The sleuths of Special Operations Team, LB Nagar Zone, Rachakonda along with Hayath Nagar Police, busted a gang involved in land fraud, who forged the sale deed documents.

They seized four fake sale deed documents, which valued at Rs 4 crores, CC copies of sale deeds, fake and forged sale deed document, fake government rubber stamps/seals, non-judicial stamp papers, one car, cell phones and other incriminating material from their possession.

The accused Sandeep Kumar (26), Ajay Kumar (30), Nathi Chandrashekar (34), N Tharun Kumar (28) and Bomma Rama Rao (60),, who were all real estate brokers, would identify unclaimed vacant plots registered about 20 years back without documents of photographs. Later they acquired certified copy of the sale deed, only to create fake and forged land documents by using old papers, fake rubber stamps and seals with forged signatures.

They sold the land impersonating to be the land lords and later created land disputes between the parties and demanded money.
