Relatives allege negligence as farmer dies of electrocution in Kamareddy district

HYDERABAD: In a tragic incident, a farmer named Ravi from Annasagar village in Kamareddy district lost his life due to an electric shock while planting rice.

The incident occurred when the electric wires from nearby poles came into contact with the rice seedlings he carried on his head. Ravi died instantly at the scene.

Following his death, relatives and locals staged a protest, attributing the tragedy to the negligence of electricity officials. They demanded immediate action and accountability for the oversight that led to the fatal accident.
