Two injured as vegetable auto-rickshaw collides with a bus

HYDERABAD: An RTC bus and an auto-rickshaw carrying vegetables collided earlier on Friday on Mailardevpally Road, near Palle Cheruvu in Ranga Reddy district

Two people in the auto-rickshaw sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the hospital. The front of the auto-rickshaw was severely damaged in the accident.

The auto-rickshaw, carrying vegetables, was travelling from Shamshabad Market to Chandrayangutta when it collided with the RTC bus near Palle Cheruvu. Initial reports suggest the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
