MLAs' poaching case: Ramachandra Bharathi, Nandu Kumar arrested again

HYDERABAD: Ramachandra Bharathi and Nandu Kumar, the two accused involved in the poaching of TRS MLAs, arrested again, hours after they were released from the Chanchalguda Central Prison on Thursday morning.

The two were taken into custody by the Banjara Hills police in connection with other cases registered against them. They were expected to be produced before a court later in the evening.

The reports state that Nanda Kumar had five charges filed against him for defrauding and other offences, while Ramachandra Bharati was arrested for possessing numerous passports, Aadhaar cards, and other documents.

The two accused in the MLA poaching case were granted bail by the Telangana High Court on Wednesday and had to deposit sureties in the amount of Rs. 3 lakh each.
