The curious case of Anupama in Ante Sundaraniki

Nani's Ante Sundaraniki had hit the screens a couple of days ago and is having a good run at the box office. Meanwhile, people who watched the film were surprised to see actress Anupama Parameswaran in a special role.

Anupama's inclusion had been kept a secret until the release to surprise the viewers. The audiences are definitely surprised to see her, but no one really understands the reason behind her inclusion in the film. The character played by her is neither pivotal nor an author-backed role. Most of the heroines of Anupama's stature would have turned down the offer because the character is a mere supporting role.

Thus, people are wondering why the Premam actress accepted this least essential character in the movie. They felt that this role would not help her in any way. Anupama was last seen as a leading lady in Rowdy Boys. Currently, she has Karthikeya 2, 18 Pages, and Butterfly in the pipeline.

Ante Sundaraniki was directed by Vivek Athreya. Nazriya Nazim played the female lead in the movie. Naresh, Rohini, Nadhiya, and Harshavardhan played other supporting roles in it. Vivek Sagar scored the music for it.
