HYDERABAD: There is no question of the BRS-Congress coalition, said Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday in Kothur, Rangareddy district, Telangana.

Rahul Gandhi stated categorically that there is no alliance between Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the Congress party and that there is no idea of an alliance during a press conference he held here on Monday during his Bharat Jodo Yatra in Telangana.

If Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao believes he is running an international party, he can contest in elections in the United States, China, and the United Kingdom, he added.

Rahul Gandhi reacted on the union between Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, saying, "We have no objections about Nitish meeting with TRS. But we cannot accept TRS's corruption and attitude, which is stealing lands from dalits and tribals in the state and disrupting the school system; we are totally against this."

Rahul Gandhi indicated that his Bharat Jodo yatra will also visit Charminar, referring to his father, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's, sambhavna yatra, which began in Charminar.

The Congress leader stated that a great deal of harm has been done to our country's institutional framework. Today, the judiciary, bureaucracy, and media are all under attack. When the Congress Party retakes power, we will ensure that these institutions are free of the RSS's grasp.

Rahul Gandhi further said, "I got this idea of doing a yatra when I was 25, when I had not even entered politics." This journey has been an incredible learning opportunity for me. The Bharat Jodo Yatra's goal is to build a distinct ideology than the BJP, and it will be a long journey."
