Revanth, Uttam couple, Komatireddy names in Congress first list of 55 candidates

HYDERABAD: The All India Congress Committee(AICC) has announced its first list of 55 candidates.

Telangana PCC president Revanth Reddy will be contesting from Kodangal Assembly seat, while former PCC chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy will contest from Huzurnagar and his wife Padmavath from Kodad.

Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy is fielded from Nalgonda. Congress floor leader in Telangana Assembly Malli Bhatti Vikramarka will contest from Madhira.

All the sitting MLAs were renominated and Malkajgiri BRS MLA Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao was given ticket by the Congress form the same seat.
