Adipurush: Telangana allows 6 shows on first day, Rs 50 hike in ticket price for 3 days

HYDERABAD: In a good news to the makers of most-waited film Adipurush, the Telangana Government on Tuesday issued orders granting permission to screen the sixth show in the state on the release day of June 16, 2023.
It also allowed them to hike entry ticket price by Rs 50 for single screen theatres for a period of three days starting from the release day. The much-anticipated pan-India film features Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles.
As per the orders issued by Principal Secretary Jitender, permission was given to screen the film from 4 am in theatres on Friday. Bahubali fame Prabhas portrays the character of Lord Sri Rama while Kriti Sanon plays Goddess Sita and Saif Ali Khan essaying Raavan. The film, releasing in multiple languages including Telugu and Hindi, was directed by Om Raut.
