Bandi Sanjay denies any alliance for the BJP with BRS; says it’s just rumour

HYDERABAD: BJP National General Secretary and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar has said that “no one with a head on his neck will ally with the BRS.”

Speaking to media at the end of. The first round of his Praja Hita Yatra on Thursday at Sircilla, Bandi Sanjay that the BRS was a sinking ship and that party would not get even a single seat in the MP elections. When the BJP was going to win 400 seats across the country, why did it have to ally with the BRS, he asked.

Sanjay said that the alliance with the BJP was a rumour that was fabricated by the BRS leadership, as it apprehended a threat that several leaders would leave the party to join the BJP.

He alleged that the nexus between the Congress and the BRS was very evident and they had partnered earlier.

He said that the two parties had conspired to defeat the BJP candidate in the Presidential election as well.

The BRS and the Congress, unable to tolerate Modi wave, were “working together to damage the BJP.”

The people of this country were going to boycott the Congress party which had boycotted the Ayodhya temple inauguration. Realising this, Sonia Gandhi opted for getting elected to the Rajya Sabha instead of contesting direct elections, he quipped.
