Election Commission issues notification for Telangana Assembly elections 2023

HYDERABAD: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Friday officially notified elections to all 119 Assembly constituencies of Telangana on November 30,2023.

As per the notification, the last date for filing nominations is November 10 and the nominations will be scrutinised on November 13. The last date for the withdrawal of nomination is November 15. Polling will be conducted on November 30 and the election procedure will be completed on December 5.

The polling would be conducted from 7 am to 5 pm in 107 Assembly constituencies. While voting for 13 assembly constituencies would be conducted from 7 am to 4 pm that included Sirpur, Chennur (SC), Bellampalli (SC), Mancherial, Asifabad (ST), Manthani, Bhupalpally, Mulug (ST), Pinapaka (ST), Yellandu (ST), Kothagudem, Aswaraopeta (ST) and Bhadrachalam (ST).
