HYDERABAD: BRS leader and Siddipet MLA Harish Rao has reacted strongly after 11 girl students of KGBV School in Narsapur mandal in Nirmal district fell ill due to food poisioning.

Blaming the Congress Government for being careless, Harish Rao took to X and said, "Before we forget the incident of Prashant who died after eating contaminated food in Bhuvanagiri Gurukul hostel, another incident of food poisoning has come to light. As many as 11 female students of KGBV school were admitted to the hospital after eating contaminated food on Friday."

Harish said that these instances reflect the careless attitude of the Congress towards Telangana Gurukuls, which stood as a role model for the country during the BRS regime. The Government should immediately provide better treatment to the affected students. Harish Rao said that we are demanding the Congress government to take steps to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
