Hyderabad metro services to be extended from Nagole to LB Nagar, Pedda Amberpet, Shamshabad: KTR

HYDERABAD: Metro services in Hyderabad will be extended from Nagole to LB Nagar, Pedda Amberpet, and LB Nagar to Shamshabad, said BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Sunday.
KTR said during a booth committee meeting in LB Nagar Constituency that when superstar Rajinikanth recently visited Hyderabad, he was impressed with the progress in our city. He said Rajnikant was unsure whether he was in Hyderabad or New York.
KTR added that even actor-turned-politician Sunny Deol was impressed with Hyderabad's progress and expressed a desire to settle here. Actress Laya, who moved to the United States a few years ago, recently visited Hyderabad and was struck by the transformation of Hyderabad, which now looks like New York.
KTR encouraged BRS party members to visit LB Nagar homes to discuss the BRS government's work over nine years under Chief Minister KCR's leadership.
He also asked the party members to inquire about the locals' desire for more development in their constituency and to carefully compare the progress in LB Nagar under the BRS government before voting in the upcoming elections. KTR said that party members should not only explain what the BRS government did, but also explain what they would do if the party is re-elected to power.
While urging residents of LB Nagar to vote for BRS, LB Nagar MLA D Sudheer Reddy KTR said that residents must recall the work done by their MLA during the BRS regime. He said that LB Nagar residents should see the transformation in LB Nagar since 2014, including the development of flyovers and underpasses that decreased traffic significantly. KTR applauded MLA Sudheer Reddy for developing a 6-acre cremation ground for all religions in one location, which he described as a very noble idea.
KTR said that Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar visited Vikarabad and criticised the 24*7 electricity provided by the KCR government, while farmers and industrialists were protesting on the roads because the Congress government in Karnataka failed to provide the promised five hours of electricity in Karnataka State.
