MAKTHAL: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will announce the party manifesto on October 16, 2023, in a public meeting in Warangal district.

Revealing that same at a public meeting in Makthal on Wednesday, Harish Rao said, "KCR will become a hat-trick Chief Minister. Our manifesto will block the opposition's mind. Be prepared to hear the good news."

Harish Rao, speaking after participating in a number of development programmes in Kodangal on Wednesday, said that the BRS manifesto this time around was focused on the economic empowerment of women.

Harish Rao, who launched a 50-bed government hospital in Kosgi, Kodangal constituency, said that the region, which was earlier backward due to discrimination by former leaders, had witnessed development under the BRS regime.

He further said that Kosgi and Kodangal faced freshwater issues due to the frequency of the water supply and received water once in three quarters. He said that if Congress had won, there would have been no fresh water for another 10 years whereas the BRS government was providing water to every household.

Harish Rao slammed TPCC leader Revanth Reddy, saying, "Revanth Reddy is the person who was caught in a cash-for-vote scam. The Supreme Court has also rejected Revanth Reddy’s plea in the case and made it clear that the investigation should progress. The probe will move forward, and it is certain Revanth will go to prison."
