KTR meets BRS leaders at Telangana Bhavan, meeting to chalk out future course of action soon
Calling upon the party leaders to be available for the people at the Telangana Bhavan, KTR said that the BRS undertook several social welfare programmes during the past decade.

HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) met with the newly elected MLAs of the party and all senior leaders at the party headquarters here on Monday. MLC K Kavitha also attended the meeting.
Calling upon the party leaders to be available for the people at the Telangana Bhavan, KTR said that the BRS undertook several social welfare programmes during the past decade. “Even though the mandate of the people is for another party, we must discharge our duties as a responsible opposition,” he said.
He pointed out that there was a tremendous response from the people after the elections in the form of messages. He said that he never expected that the party would lose the election. “Very soon we will have an extended meeting to look into the defeat and to chalk out the future course of action.
He said that the BRS leaders must be available at the Telangana Bhavan all the time just like they were available at the Secretariat and the Pragathi Bhavan when in power. He also wished all the newly elected MLAs that attended the meeting.
