Narendra Modi leads deluge of birthday wishes to KCR from politicians, celebrities

HYDERABAD: As Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao turned 69 on Friday, birthday greetings poured in from all quarters including political dignitaries and celebrities from across the country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the flood of greetings as he wished KCR a wonderful day. He tweeted, "Happy birthday to Telangana Chief Minister Shri KCR Garu. I wish him a long and healthy life".

President of India Droupadi Murmu extended birthday greetings to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday. The President spoke to Chief Minister KCR on the phone and wished him a long healthy and peaceful life.

Former Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and several other officials greeted Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on his birthday.

Former Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu tweeted, "Happy Birthday to Telangana State Chief Minister Shri Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao. I wish you good health".

Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan tweeted, "Birthday Wishes to honorable @TelanganaCMO Shri K Chandrasekar Rao garu".

The Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and Delhi, M K Stalin, Pinarayi Vijayan, Himanta Biswa Sarma and Arvind Kejriwal respectively also extended birthday wishes to Chief Minister KCR.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, "Birthday greetings to Telangana Chief Minister Shri K Chandrasekhar Rao Garu. May God bless you with a long and healthy life".

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin said, "Heartiest Birthday Greetings to Hon'ble @TelanganaCMO Thiru. K.Chandrasekhar Rao Garu. Wishing you a long and healthy life in service of the people of Telangana and in fighting divisive politics".
