HYDERABAD: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi is set to commence his Bus Yatra in Mahabubabad district on October 18, 2023, in preparation for the upcoming Assembly Elections in Telangana State.

Rahul Gandhi would start his Bus Yatra from Mulugu, visit Ramappa temple, and hold a public meeting, covering 35km from Mulugu town to Bhupalapally district in Telangana. On the first day, he would conduct a padayatra with unemployed youth from 7-8pm in Bhupalapally in Warangal district.

On October 19, 2023, Rahul Gandhi would visit Ramagundam on his second day of his itinerary to engage with workers of Singareni, NTPC, Union leaders, RFCL workers, and contract job victims.

He would travel 30km to Peddapalli to hold a public meeting from 4-6pm, interacting with Rice Millers Association and farmers.

On the same day, he would travel 35km and hold a Padayatra from 7-8pm in Karimnagar district.

Rahul Gandhi would visit Nizamabad district on October 20 to interact with Beedi Rollers and Gulf migrant worker families, and also visit the Nizam sugar factory in Bodhan on day three of his Bus Yatra.

He plans to travel 50km to Armur to hold a public meeting from 4pm to 6pm, interacting with turmeric and sugarcane farmers. He is next scheduled to travel to Nizamabad, where he would hold a Padayatra from 7-8pm.

Telangana Congress leaders plan to hold black flag during Rahul Gandhi's visit against Revanth Reddy

Some Telangana Congress leaders who weren't happy with TPCC president Revanth Reddy have called on Congress leaders to wave a black flag saying that TPCC president Revanth Reddy sold out the Telangana Congress to the Owaisi brothers and the BJP party. They even plan to protest on October 18, 19, and 20 at AICC Delhi regarding the same issue.
