NEW DELHI: The Rouse Avenue Court here on Monday reserved its order on the bail petition filed by BRS MLC K Kavitha till May 2 in the CBI case. CBI special Judge Kaveri Baweja heard her bail petition.
On April 8, the Court denied interim bail to Kavitha, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the money laundering case connected with the alleged liquor policy scam. She is currently jailed in Tihar prison.
