SRK School correspondent, son drowned in Lower Manair Dam in Karimnagar

KARIMNAGAR: In a shocking incident, a father and son duo drowned to death in Lower Manair Dam in Timmapur mandal of Karimnagar district leaving family members in weeping.

According to information, SRK school correspondent Chada Rangareddy (46) took his two sons including Om Jayah Chaitanyananda (9) to Manair dam with the intention of teaching them how to swim. While the elder son remained on the bank, the father and the younger son accidentally drowned in the water and died.

The local fishermen responded to the situation and retrieved the bodies of both Chada Rangareddy and his son and brought to the shore. The police have registered a case and investigating it further.
