Student from Kazipet dies in jet ski collision in Florida, USA

HYDERABAD: Pittala Venkataramana a 27-year-old student from Kazipet died in a Jet ski mishap in Florida, USA on March 9,2024.
According to reports Venkataraman was pursuing a Master’s degree at Indiana University-PurdueUniversity Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Indiana, USA. The jet ski in which Venkataramana was traveling at high speed hit another personal watercraft near Westeria Islands in the Florida Keys.
The mishap involving two watercraft occurred at 12.30 pm on March 9. However, the operator of the other jetski who was a minor said to escaped the accident unharmed. Venkataramana was supposed to graduate from the IUPUI in May 2024.
Meanwhile, Venkataramana’s family members were reaching out to the Telugu diaspora in Florida and Indiana to bring his body to his native place.
