HYDERABAD: The ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), which has won two consecutive assembly elections, will win for the third time and form the government in Telangana State, according to an India TV poll.

The survey indicates that the BRS is expected to win 72 seats, with the Congress in second place with 33 seats. The BJP is expected to secure six seats, while the AIMIM is expected to secure one seat more than the BJP and secure seven seats.

Asaduddin Owaisi's AIMIM party won seven seats in the Hyderabad region in 2018, and they are expected to win seven more seats in the upcoming election.

The BRS will win by a wide margin in the Telangana elections in 2023. BRS will receive 44 percent of the votes, while the Congress party will receive 36 percent, leaving an 8 percent gap between the two. The BJP will receive 11 percent of the votes, while the AIMIM will receive three percent in Telangana Elections 2023, according to the survey.
