Telangana Congress to release first list of 58 candidates on Sunday
After the announcement of the candidates, the Congress hopes to intensify its election campaign. From October 18, senior Congress leaders would undertake a bus yatra.

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Congress is all set to release its first list of candidates on October 15, 2023, for the poll-bound State. The party's screening committee chairman K Muraleedharan revealed that the first list of 58 out of 119 candidates would be released on Sunday. The central election committee of the party has already cleared the exercise on the list of candidates.
After the announcement of the candidates, the Congress hopes to intensify its election campaign. From October 18, senior Congress leaders would undertake a bus yatra. It is reported that Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi would participate in the bus trip for three days. Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi will visit Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple on October 18 and kickstart the bus yatra. Rahul and Priyanka are scheduled to participate in the road show from Kondagattu to Jagtial. P sources said that the bus trip would tour Lok Sabha constituencies of Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Zaheerabad.
