HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice N. Tukaram transferred the allocation of 12 all India officers to a regular bench on Friday.

The division bench heard the dispute over the cadre allocation of 12 IAS and IPS officers from Andhra Pradesh working for the Telangana Government.

Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan said that the Tribunal had passed separate judgments and that each plea would be heard separately.

The High Court had already ordered the transfer of former Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to Andhra Pradesh.
