Woman stages sit-in at lover's house in Eturunagaram

HYDERABAD: A woman staged a sit-in protest in front of her lover's house in Yeturunagarm of Mulug district in Telangana on Monday. Sutari Lalitha demands justice and she be accepted as wife by her lover, Deva Mahender.

Lalitha claims that she had secretly married Deva Mahender about one and a half years ago and had lived with him ever since.

However, trouble broke out in their relationship after Mahender's family members got the wind of their live-in relationship. Since then, he has deserted Lalitha and has been avoiding her. Seeking justice and that she be accepted as Mahender's legitimate wife, Lalitha began her sit-in her protest in front of her lover's house.
