Aurigene Pharma to set up development, manufacturing unit in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Aurigene Pharma, a leading contract research, development, and manufacturing services organization and a step-down subsidiary of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, has decided to establish a state-of-the-art development and manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
Aurigene Pharmaceuticals Services Limited Chief Executive Officer Akhil Ravi, along with Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Chairman Satish Reddy called on Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao (KTR). They informed KTR that the primary objective was to generate employment opportunities through the investment of USD 40 million (Rs. 330 crores approximately) and creating employment for more than 250 people.
Later, the duo also briefed KTR on the upcoming facility and growth plans of Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services for Hyderabad.
