Sai Lohit Reddy, Juturi Neha top TS Eamcet 2022 streams

HYDERABAD: Polu Lakshmi Sai Lohit Reddy and Juturi Neha emerged toppers in engineering and medical streams respectively of the Telangana Eamcet 2022. The most awaited results of the Eamcet were released by Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy here on Friday morning.

Lohit Reddy, hailing from Hitex here, secured 151.615 marks in the engineering stream, followed by Nakka Sai Deepthika at second rank (150.547) and Polisetty Karthikeya (150.539) at third. Sai Deepthika is a native of Khandyam village of Amadalavalasa mandal in Srikakulam district (AP) while Karthikeya hails from Khazipeta in Tenali mandal of Guntur district (AP).

Palli Jalajakshi of Kakarapalli in Srikakulam district (AP) scored 149.953 marks to secure the fourth rank while Menda Hima Vamsi of Balaga in Srikakulam district (AP) settled for the fifth rank with a score of 149.863.

In the Agriculture and Medical stream, topper Juturi Neha, a native of Tenali in Guntur district (AP) achieved the highest score of 154.141. Vantaku Rohit of Podugupalem of Kotapadu mandal in Visakhapatnam district (AP) secured the second rank with a score of 153.9. Kallam Tarun Kumar Reddy, hailing from Komerapudi in Guntur district (AP), followed him with 153.114 marks to bag the third rank.

The fourth and fifth ranks went to Kottapalli Maheeth Anjan (Kukatpally, Hyderabad), who scored 152.79 and Guntupalli Sriram of Guntur (AP) with 152.78 marks respectively. A total of 1,56,812 aspirants appeared for the engineering stream while 80,575 took the agriculture and medical stream. The engineering stream saw a pass percentage of 80.41 while it was 88.34 in the agriculture and medical stream.

The results of Telangana Ecet 2022 were also released on this occasion.
