HYDERABAD: The massive rally that trailed Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on his way to Munugode on Saturday not only left everyone awestruck for its sheer magnitude but it also provided breathtaking shots for drone cameras. Traffic snarls became the order of the day with thousands of vehicles making a beeline to the public meeting venue. Even the chief minister was caught in its swirl showing the buzz that was created for the mega political event.

The massive rally began here after Minister for Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy Development and Cinematography Talasani Srinivas Yadav flagged off the convoy of cars bound for the Chief Minister's Sabha at Municipal Ground in West Marredpally.

Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao who reached Munugode by road, was accorded a rousing reception by the party workers and enthusiastic people all along the route. He left Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad at the head of a mammoth rally that featured hundreds of vehicles trailing him. While the Chief Minister sat in the front of the bus and kept waving to the crowds, ministers, MLAs, MLCs and party activists followed him in a cavalcade of vehicles stretching up to six kilometres.

The Hyderabad to Munugode road show actually turned out to be a show of TRS strength to score some brownie points over the BJP ahead of Amit Shah's arrival in Telangana on Sunday.

It seems like the TRS party men had a great time at the rally on Saturday. The Telangana Minister of Labour and Employment C Malla Reddy could be seen dancing with party followers from the sunroof of his car during the TRS Rally from Hyderabad to Munugode. TRS party workers and supporters were seen wearing pink clothes, pink flags, pink scarves, pink caps, and waving KCR banners and placards.
