Musi project to reach full tank level

HYDERABAD: The Musi project in Katepalli, Nalgonda district, is reaching its full tank level with its FTL being 645 ft and current level at 638.30 ft. Due to heavy rains in the State, flood water is flowing from the uplands into the Musi river.

The inflow was recorded at 3,800 cusecs whereas the outflow was 3,200 cusecs. In view of this, six gates of the project were opened.
