Revanth Reddy assures Micron Technology CEO Sanjay Mehrotra of facilities for investment

HYDERABAD: Chip manufacturing giant Micron Technologies president and CEO Sanjay Mehrotra on Thursday called on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy. Sanjay Mehrotra, who came from the USA to meet the Chief minister, discussed investment prospects in Telangana with Revanth Reddy at his residence.

The CEO expressed happiness that the Telangana State was developed as the most favourite investment destination and the establishment of manufacturing industries. The Chief Minister assured Sanjay Mehrotra that the government would extend all facilities and cooperation to the Micron company to invest and establish manufacturing units.

Revanth hoped that industrialists would come forward for the establishment of the industries, skill development and employment generation and help the state grow economically .

The US-based Micron is the world's fourth largest semiconductor manufacturer and the largest manufacturer in memory chips.

Mehrotra was accompanied by his India team members. Principal Secretary IT Jayesh Ranjan was also present.
