The KCR government scripted history by establishing 12 new medical colleges since 2014

Telangana had only three government medical colleges until 2014

Classes commenced on Tuesday after KCR virtually inaugurated the medical colleges

The eight medical colleges were established at a cost of Rs 4,080 crore.

Thanks to KCR’s efforts, Telangana will now have 2,815 MBBS seats as against 850 until 2014

The new medical colleges were entirely established by the state with no aid from the Centre
