Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, Telangana IT and MA&UD Minister, fondly known as KTR, celebrates his 47th birthday today.

Born in Siddipet on 24 July, 1976, KTR is the son of K Chandrashekar Rao, the first Chief Minister of Telangana

He holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Pune and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and E-Commerce from CUNY in the USA.
