VIJAYAWADA : Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president Chandrababu and its national general secretary Nara Lokesh were involved in the skill development scam and were not responding to the probe for their own reasons, said Andhra Pradesh government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy on Monday.

The largest scam, with political involvement, is the skill development corporation scam, according to Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.

During a press conference in Vijaywada, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy stated that all facts would be revealed during the investigation by the central investigation agencies. He said that the central investigative agencies were looking into the matter and that all facts would be revealed soon.

Speaking of Seema Gharjana, Sajjala said that the programme was organised to counter the conspiracies that are impeding Chief Minister YS Jagan's efforts to develop all areas equally. He stated that a large-scale programme was launched in Kurnool on Monday in response to Chandrababu's words and the evil propaganda was spread by the media regarding decentralization of development.

While launching a scathing attack on Chandrababu, claiming that Naidu had done injustice to Rayalaseema residents, he claimed that Chandrababu's assertion that Kurnool residents wanted Amaravati as their capital demonstrates his arrogance.

The government adviser said that only the late YSR and subsequently Chief Minister YS Jagan benefited Rayalaseema and said that Chandrababu failed to execute at least one project in that region during his regime.

Speaking about Rayalaseema development, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a tourism project at Chitravati Reservoir as well as a Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation Scheme. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy also chastised Chandrababu for claiming to have built the Polavaram project despite failing to complete it. He recalled Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remarks about Chandrababu, who said that the Polavaram project was used as an ATM.
