HYDERABAD: Former Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu, prominent Kapu community leader and Jana Sena advisor R Ram Mohan Rao on Wednesday met Telangana Chief Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) supremo K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). During the meeting, political developments pertaining to Andhra Pradesh were discussed.

Ram Mohan Rao met the BRS chief at Pragati Bhavan along with BRS Andhra Pradesh unit president Thota Chandrasekhar and BRS Andhra Pradesh member Parthasarathy.

The BRS leaders of Andhra Pradesh also congratulated Santhi Kumari, who was appointed as the Chief Secretary of Telangana State Government earlier on Wednesday.

Ramamohan Rao, who recently said that Kapus need not play second fiddle to anybody and that they should grow politically on their own, also obliquely criticised Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan. Interestingly, the BRS AP leaders and Ramamohan Rao thanked KCR for choosing Ms Shanti Kumari as the Chief Secretary. This thanksgiving signifies the swift change of political equations in Andhra Pradesh and how KCR is taking control of the situation as part of BRS expansion activity.
