TIRUPATI: Superstar Rajinikanth, accompanied by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth, worshipped Lord Sri Venkateswara at the Tirumala temple on Thursday morning, three days after his birthday. The superstar recently celebrated his 72nd birthday.
The duo arrived in Tirupati on Wednesday (December 14). A video of the actor, along with his daughter, visiting the temple was going viral on social media. They had an early morning darshan and sought blessings of the presiding deity at the world famous temple. Special arrangements were made by the temple officials for the actor's darshan.
On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently shooting for his upcoming film 'Jailer,' which is directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. The film is being produced by Sun pictures and rockstar Anirudh is composing music for it. Aishwarya Rajinikanth is also all set to make her comeback as a director with 'Lal Salaam', starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth.
Rajini visits Kadapa dargah
Later in the day, Rajinikanth and his daughter also visited the Peddha Dargah in Kadapa district and offered prayers there. They were accorded a warm welcome upon their arrival at the dargah.
