AP High Court to watch Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6

AP High Court said it would conduct a detailed review of Bigg Boss season 6 and decide if it should continue to be telecast

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday said it would conduct a detailed review of TV reality show Bigg Boss season 6, being aired on Disney+ Hotstar and Star Maa, and decide if it should continue to be telecast in Andhra Pradesh.

TDP activist Kethireddy Jagadishwar Reddy had filed a PIL against the show's telecast and stated that the obscenity level in the show had increased and it should only be aired between 11 pm to 5 am.

The Big Boss Telugu Season 6 show, hosted by Nagarjuna, had completed five seasons and the sixth season was currently being aired. It was also seen that ratings of the sixth season were comparatively lesser than the previous seasons.

Andhra Pradesh HC asked for States to send details of the show and its format, and that a detailed review of the shows would be conducted before making any decisions.
