HYDERABAD: The reality show Bigg Boss always stirs controversy in the public domain. Very often, we see various people and leaders criticizing the show for its content. Currently, the sixth season of the show is running on Star Maa and Disney+ Hotstar. Once again, it has become a topic of controversy.

Since the star of the show, many people demanded the makers stop the show for its alleged obscene content. Recently, the Telugu Yuvashakti president and film producer Ketireddy Jagadeeswara Reddy filed a Public Interest Litigation against the show-runners at the AP High Court.

In the beginning, the court examined the complaint and stated that it will come to a conclusion after watching a few episodes. Recently, the magistrate watched the episodes. After watching those episodes, the magistrate agreed to the complainant's allegations of content being telecasted without any censorship.

Now, the court sent legal notices to the show-runners, broadcaster and also the host Nagarjuna. It directed the state and central governments to present the complete details of the show. It asked the makers to file a counter on the case. As of now, the hearing on this petition is adjourned for two weeks.
