Bigg Boss season 6: For the first time, two housemates became the winners

HYDERABAD: For the first time in the history of Bigg Boss in all languages, two contestants became winners of a season technically. We are talking about Bigg Boss Telugu season 6 and the contestants are singer Revanth and actor Srihan.

Revanth, Srihan, Keerthi, Adi Reddy and Rohit were in the top 5 positions this season. When there were three contestants remaining in the house, Ravi Teja went with a golden briefcase and offered 10% of the prize money to them. None of them accepted the proposal. Keerthi's friend asked her to take the money but she didn't. Eventually, she exited the house without any money in hand.

Later, when only Revanth and Srihan were left in the house, Nagarjuna went and offered Rs. 25 lakhs. Still, both of them denied the offer. Then, he raised the offer to Rs. 30 lakhs. Many housemates asked Srihan to take up the offer but he didn't. After that, Nag offered Rs. 40 lakhs. That's when Srihan's father asked him to take the briefcase and he obliged his father's request.

By taking Rs. 40 lakhs, Srihan became the runner-up. Revanth got Rs. 10 lakhs and won the title. In the end, Nag revealed that it was Srihan who got the most number of votes. But he couldn't be declared the winner because he took the briefcase. Nag said that technically, both of them became winners and it is the first time in the Bigg Boss show's history.
