HYDERABAD: The Sankranti season has concluded, with four films competing at the box office—Guntur Karam, Hanuman, Saindhav, and Na Saami Ranga. However, the release of Ravi Teja's film has been postponed due to fierce competition. Attention is now shifting to the upcoming summer season, where several significant films are gearing up for release.

Addressing the challenges faced by theaters, renowned producer Dil Raju commended the makers of Ravi Teja's film "Eagle," which is scheduled for release on February 9th. Dil Raju mentioned that they are allocating the maximum number of theaters possible for the film's release.

However, he also discussed the competition in the summer season, particularly mentioning the film directed by Koratala Siva, tentatively titled "Devara." Dil Raju expressed his eagerness for the release of his film and clarified that they had unofficially communicated their intentions to release their film if "Devara" were to be postponed.

The star producer emphasized that their film 'Family star' would replace Devara in all possible cases. At the same time, Dil Raju clarified that he would not be serving as the President of the council next Sankranti as his term would be over in six months.
