Manchu Mohan Babu to play lead role in Android Kunjappan 5.25 remake

HYDERABAD: Manchu Vishnu is busy promoting his upcoming film Ginna. Now the interesting news is that this crazy hero is all set to do a film with his father, Manchu Mohan Babu.

Android Kunjappan Version 5.25 is a 2019 super hit Malayalam film that bagged tremendous positive reviews from audiences. Helmed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, this film story focuses on the relationship between a father and a robot, set in a science fiction backdrop.

Now, as per the latest buzz, Manchu Vishnu acquired the Telugu remake rights to this movie and is planning to do this film with his father. However, Vishnu is not going to act in the film but is going to produce it with his father playing the lead role.

Sharing the same, Vishnu in a recent media interaction said that the Telugu remake of Android Kunjappan might hit the floors by January next year. He added that his father, Mohan Babu, will play the father's role in the movie and a prominent actor will be roped in to play the son's role.
