HYDERABAD: The last time Natural Star Nani played a father role, he took us on an emotional journey and it remained one of his career-best performances. We are talking about the 2019 film Jersey. Now, Nani is coming back in a father role for his 30th film.
Tentatively called Nani 30, this movie was announced with a teaser recently. The teaser shows Nani having a beautiful and emotional conversation with his on-screen daughter Kiara Khanna. In the teaser, Nani's daughter asks him the reason behind growing such a thick beard. He says it is for his next film, Dasara, and promises to remove it for this movie.
Then he also promises to remove the moustache. When he says that he will also remove his hair, his daughter asks him not to do so. Then, he introduces her to the cast and crew of the film. The teaser is beautiful and establishes the core father-daughter bonding in the movie.
Nani 30 features Mrunal Thakur as the female lead. Debutant Shouryuv is directing the project. Mohan Cherukuri (CVM), Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala and Murthy K S are bankrolling the project under Vyra Entertainments. Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing the music for it. The film will hit the floors very soon.
