Rakul reveals why she was open about her relationship status

HYDERABAD: Generally, actors don't prefer revealing their love lives in media. They feel that it will garner unnecessary attention and disturb their private lives. Whenever rumors spread in the media, they say that they are just friends or simply refuse to comment.

Star heroine Rakul Preet proved to be different in this aspect. While she was at the peak of her stardom and busy with multiple projects, she announced her relationship with actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani.

She said that they are seeing each other and will marry soon. Since the announcement, both of them are often seen together in public spaces as free birds.

In a recent interview, Rakul revealed why she is different from other heroines when it comes to revealing her relationship status.

She said that a few people will be skeptical to reveal their love lives. She stated that she is not afraid of revealing her relationship status.

"I can't act in the real life. I prefer to be honest. We need a partner in our life. Jacky and I have the same opinion. Thus, we didn't shy away from revealing our relationship," she stated.
