2 arrested for murder of AIMIM corporator's nephew in Lalitha Bagh

HYDERABAD: The sleuths of Commissioners task force South Zone team, Hyderabad police, along with Bhavani Nagar Police apprehended two accused who were allegedly behind the daylight murder that took place in front of Lalitha Bagh Corporator Office, Kummarwadi of Bhavani Nagar Police Station. They seized a two-wheeler, two cell phones and a knife.

Reportedly, Suleman Khan (28) and Abdul Hamed Khan (24) killed Syed Murtuza Ali Anas, the nephew of Mohd Ali Shareef Azam, who worked at Lalitha Bagh Corporator office over past disputes. The accused were having a dispute with their tenant and their tenant had informed Mohd Azam about it, over which the accused and Mohd Azam had a dispute. On December 19, the accused attacked Anas, after which he died while undergoing treatment.

Suleman and Hamed Khan, who fled the scene, were caught by the Bhavani Nagar police on Monday.
