Paan seller arrested in Secunderabad's Monda Market for ganja peddling

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad market police on Thursday apprehended a ganja seller who was procuring and selling ganja illegally in the market. A total of 185 grams were seized from the accused.

On credible information, the Market Police team reached Monda market in Secunderabad and apprehended the accused. The accused who was identified as 24-year-old Nurnabi Sekh was reportedly trying to sell ganja to locals at the market.

On further investigation, the accused confessed that he had procured ganja from a man named Suri, who regularly visits his shop. The accused said that he has been selling ganja to customers on high price in order to earn money easily. The accused who hails from West Bengal is running a pan shop near Indira Gandhi statue in Monda Market, Secunderabad.
