HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad City Police booked president of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) and former Indian skipper Mohammed Azharuddin and two others on Thursday.
More than seven people were injured and admitted to Yashoda Hospital following a stampede at the chaotic ticket sale counters at Gymkhana Grounds in Secunderabad.
The police registered cases based on complaints lodged by Aditi Alia and SI Pramod.
The police registered the cases under Sections 420, 21,22/76 and under Hyderabad Act.
The police charged the troika with mismanagement of ticket sale and also selling tickets in black market.
