Two drug peddlers arrested in Hyderabad, drugs worth Rs 9 cr seized

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad police have busted an international drug peddling racket by arresting two persons and seizing drugs worth Rs 9 crores from their possession.

The Malkajgiri Special Operation Team (SOT) has arrested the two members of the drug peddling gang which is making a quick buck by sending drugs abroad through a courier service from Hyderabad.

During the operation, the SOT has seized 8.5 kg of banned substance Epidream worth around Rs 9 crores. It is learnt that the two accused had also made big plans to traffick drugs during the New Year season.
